Business Support Managers plan, organize, and coordinate the activities and resources within our company. The candidate should oversee the company’s operations to help keep the business running smoothly.

As a Business Support Manager, your job duties include analysing business performance, managing budgets, and ensuring that staff performance aligns with company goals. Your duties will be wide-ranging and, therefore, will require a highly organized individual to support the Management team; ideally, you will be confident, assertive, and personable.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate the activities and resources within our offices/commercial premises, and support the company’s operations to help keep the business running smoothly. Duties include analysing business performance, managing budgets, and ensuring that staff performance aligns with company goals.
  • Coordinate and administer activities to support our team and clients.
  • Prepare and present various operational reports to the Management team.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
  • Use data, such as KPIs and SLAs, to help advise teams on changes, best practices, simplification, or harmonization.
  • Proofread, edit, and review documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of having managed a range of support functions, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Previous experience in working with a digital agency or a related industry is highly desirable, as it will provide valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) and the Google product suite. Being generally technology-adept would be a plus.
  • Excellent numerical and verbal skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills, including editing and a keen attention to detail.
